Here your clients can log in and rate your spa and leave comments on their experiences there. Negative ratings can kill you, but good ones can boost sales in ways you never thought possible. Most people use the internet instead of the phone book now and when they search on yahoo for spas in their area, they WILL see this page and all the user comments. Your job is to make sure they are good ones.
