One of the most important ways to get your clients to keep coming back is to create an email list that you can use for marketing. It’s easy to do and free!
Begin by asking each client who comes in to enter their email address for a drawing for a free spa treatment. This is a great way to get the email address in exchange for something else- a chance to win something great!
If you have an email account associated with your spa business, you should use that account to creat a contact list of all your spa clients. This way, when you send them an email, your business name is in the “from” field. You don’t want to send your clients emails from your personal address. This is unprofessional.
