If you’re opening a spa, you need to know the most effective ways to treat back injuries. Treating a back injury at can be easy with a few tips on making the most of some Biofreeze. Purchase some bio freeze to keep on hand at the spa. You can get these from any massage website or chiropractor’s office. Bio freeze gel comes in pump form, spray form and roll on.
Have a massage therapist apply the bio freeze to the back injury. Have them put the biofreeze on their hands and rub their hands together.
The therapist should then rub the bio freeze into the muscles in the area of the back injury. They should rub deeply, but not deep enough to cause any pain. After the biofreeze has been rubbed in, the therapist should place a hot towel on the back for a warming and pain relieving effect.
